RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Saguenay, we have a problemThe question is how close is the Saguenay Port Authority to getting its permit for the seaport. My reading was that the first time the Port Authority submitted its plan to the environment ministry, it was given a C minus and asked for a re-write.  I haven't heard anything since -- anyone know anything here? Anyway, I think that's the hold-up -- I don't think its Arianne management that's to blame, I think it's strictly the Sag. Port Authority not taking the permiting process as seriously as it should.So everyone has had to wait.
