RE:That PPTY for reminding me of the bigger picture.
When I talked to Roger tha day the PP was offered, he was clear that he had hoped for a higher SP as the basis of the PP, and that it would have been approved by the exchange sooner, right after the ITA was granted. The SP should have rocketed before the PP was announced, and Roger would have been able to negotiate from a strong position for much better terms... ones only a basher woud dislike.
So why did it not happen that way?
We longs have been scratching our heads for months now, and November's wounds make October a fading memory, so remember.... We have seen the SP stay dead flat after HUGE news, and get worked lower in the absence of news... Who has been refusing to support what could be a world-class opportunity.
Who holds enough shares to manipulate the SP? NOT the insiders, since the can't trade before or after, and have sold none.
But
the major institutional investors, the ones who bought into the March 2015 financing, they
have lots of shares to play with, and they have obviously been using them to their advantage.
Is it to their advantage to work the SP lower, force the PP to be far more punitive, and then reap the benefits of a large decline in SP thereafter? Can anyone, bashers included,
offer a convincing argument about why the major investors (not insiders) would not prefer, and have indeed engineered exactly the conditions we are experiencing? Bashers will say that they did, because the company is
(insert basher puke), but we all know the opposite is true.
This company is the an astonishingly good opportunituy right now. The major institutioal investors have played us retail investors like a fiddle, and run circles around Roger because thye hold al the power.
Now they will own 2-3x as much shares for the same money, reducing their risk if PDT does not work out, and multiplying their gains exponentially if PDT does.
Everyone of you blaming Roger or insiders for this are pointing your fingers in the wrong direction. As far as I am concerned, if you do not look back at what has happenned, and retract your grousing and infantile accusations that Roger "did this for himself and his buddies," you will be placing a basher label on your forehead forevermore. If I had the money, I would have been one of those buddies, and still happy I paid .30.
For the potentiaol profit they have engineered for themselves,
what chance is there that some of the "members" here are not on the payroll of, for example... Canaccord? Somebody remind me, who got paid a commission for the PP?
Point your finger at them! Oilminerdeluxe wrote:
Look, before it was made TLT released the stellar PR in regards to Mighty Mouse and the success of that test. One would have guessed that should have gotten some attention and pushed the shareprice a lot more higher than it did. Ovioulsy that didn't happen Had it been done at 40 cents instead, I don't think we would complain as much. Sucks to see your investment go down in value as it did. I agree fully. Could it have been done differently? Probably yes. But we have money to keep as going for a while yet. If it doesn't work in the end, we will be crushed anyway. If it works, does it matter if you have 4 million or 5? I know, it is easy for a poor schmuck like me to say. But the rollercoaster is about to begin, that's what all the longs have been waiting for. The time has come. Rejoice!
