RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:... so sad..

Ocean, having read all your posts after my first, I came across your Nov 27 reference later and failed to retract the train of thought I had already formed when I reacted initiall to your post I quote here.

In it you speak as if "they" have received loans (therefore insiders) etc... and bought into a PP at a much lower SP, and "must be selling enough to cover their loans" as if "they" were doing so to manipulate the market to "their advantage"

My reply was to state that they could not do so with those shares, and I had just finished posting at length on another board about the (nearly impossible) conditions making a consipracy theory of insider trading to manipulate SP an obvious crock. If any insider trading does occur after Nov 27, it is easy to find the proof.

When you posted this, I now am unsure what you really meant I am not sure what you meant. I should not have been so angry. I speak now only to how I interpreted it at the time.

Factually, your own later posts confirm that company insiders could not use shares acquired by loans in September to manipulate the SP at this time... so if you seemed to be saying this (and so I heard it then), that would be a falsehood.

Your preceding posts (details now forgotten) seemed to obsess about the loan deal as if it was unfair or exploitative, which predisposed me to see your post quoted below as a false accusation (basher talk). Intent to deceive plus knowledge that the claim was false would come close to fraud, but your intent is not clear, and what I thought you were sayign might have been intended to say something else... For eample, if this a possibolity after Nov 27? I do not expect it, but factually, yes, it is possible... so If you were saying that, my post was way out of line.

I find myself overreacting with intense anger  about injustices of all kinds--having been defrauded (for real) twice last week, and am not an optimist about the future of civilisation  since Nov 8-9. I say this because my issues are prompting me to overreact to what I perceive as wrongdoing with an intensity that distresses me. I am too quick to judge, and too angry when I do.

I hope this lame attempt at an apology may be accepted. I clearly spend too much time surrounded by trolls (on other BB's). I am starting to act like one.
