Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:Hard To SayIt may not be that many junction boxes, BUT given the track record of this project and management team, there is a better than even chance that it will be ALL of them.  Early January is just another optimistic guess by management and these guys couldn't guess whether the sun will come up tomorrow.  This will no doubt seep into the spring before we see FO, of that I have little doubt.  Just total incompetence and years of it with this project. 

For anyone who ever wondered why the BOD was never completely committed to this company as evidenced through its lack of share buying, well we can now see why.  Even the BOD has ZERO confidence in this management team to deliver the goods.  And once again, we see the utter incompetence of this team.  Just horrid.
