RE:$50M contract and what’s next?
RE:$50M contract and what’s next?alexisdg wrote: Contracts recap: 1. Based on November 25th news releas, The Master agreement has a present value of a minimum of USD$50M and incorporates the leasing of multiple P140 units initially, with transaction instruments to increase the order size to a maximum of $250M. On a 5 year term its a minimum of $10M/ year. Keep in mind that the amounts are in USD and not pesos which could have reduced the value of the deal (Thanks to our friend Trump) 2. Based on July 11th news release, Pemex will lease a P140 unit and service will be paid monthly for a term of 5 years. 3. Based on June 20th news release, Robix will lease a C20 to T&M for a 24 months term that will be paid on a monthly basis CAD$85 000. Revenue from this only deal will cover the basic overhead and operating costs at Robix. Whats next: 1. Based on October 11th news release, Robix has acquired Formation Fluid. The business combination is highly accretive. Formation fluid has developed a 3 stage waste water treatment plant. This acquisition creates a fully integrated water treatment company and high synergy between all their combined products. It would not surprise me that Pemex are already interested in services provided by FFM. 2. On November 7th, The Prime Minister of Canada announces $1.5B for a National Ocean Protection Plan. One of the 4 main priority is: investing in oil spill cleanup research and methods to ensure that decisions taken in emergencies are evidence based. I guess Robix will meet with the Federal Government in the upcoming weeks if its already done. Robix could receive investment from the Government but could also lease their equipment to the Costal Guards. 3. Pemex could increase the order size to a maximum of USD$250M and/or lease equipment and services from FFM 4. In the Managements Discussion & Analysis dated November 23th: Near term targets include Canada, Mexico and Middle East.
