Insiders' trading recordRecently, more than a dozen insiders were buying. One that has particular interest is:
One insider purchased 347,938 shares at 1.36 ($Cad), about more than 10% of current market value as of now.
What is this suggest?
Usually, when there is an imminient business combination ahead, usually, insider convert their options into common stocks to qualify their gains as capital gain (50% taxed), rather than all gains taxed as employment income (100% taxed) at the date of business combination.
Is anybody has some other explanation?
