Everyone knows that legislation will be announced in spring, but we are getting the specifics of it when the task force delivers their report and the Liberals make an announcement.  Rec sales will begin (in Canada) within a year, but cgc announced that they want to dominate the world.  When CGC rises it will pull the other ones up with it.
