Why is this on the CGC board unless the stock is actually free and youre just being nice?

Could it be that the stock is down over 5% and you gotta make your money back?   This is the stock that announced a bought deal recently for over 8MM shares at .085 right?   and its trading .26?    I think its best we keep our money in CGC
