Just started my position - need help from longs hereI feel fortunate to still be able to buy at this level at this time of day after this sort of company making news.  Can someone tell me why this isnt screaming towards $1+ here?  Is there some history that a newbie should know?  Any issues with management?

The math on this deal along makes this a multi dollar stock and it cant be all related to the CSE platform. There guys will qualify for the big board in a year
