RE:RE:RE:petroexplorer is so dumb...LOL
RE:RE:RE:petroexplorer is so dumb...LOLwell old fart you are wrong... obviously you need a little education about royalties
lets start out easy....
Basically several types of royalties...
1... Mineral title royalty... this case Freehold owns the land and allows others to drill for a royalty and since Freehold owns the lands they do have access to info for a reserve report... this is NOT the royalty NWX has
2. A royalty assumption... land owned by a third party where they need money, freehold gives them money to drill in exchange for a roaylty... again... this is audited so Freehold has data... again NOT what NWX has
3 type, A GORR where NWX sold their land for a royalty... NWX has no say in anything, it is no longer their land... they have no access to data other than amount of oil produced in a given time... this is what NWX has
also Freehold owns working interests in wells... this also means a reserve report since they own working interest in wells..
you see oldfart, you fail to understand a GORR vs other types of royalties... there are still others like streamimg royalties used in say gold companies like Franco Nevada... these are closer to a royalty asumption with some differences in term of life span of the royalty
this is a very complicated area of mineral production... and you seem to think there is only one type and suggest NWX has to put out a reserve report when in fact they cannot do so... It has nothing to do with any litigation.... NWX is NOT under any litigation at this time anyway... a couple were in the past and both dismissed. Anyway, NWX does not get the data from Beach or Santos to do a reserve report... so it cannot be done.... that is a fact of the royalty they have... all NWX can do is audit the production from the areas they own the royalty on.... Beach must allow them to review the oil and gas production from that area but Beach does not allow them to review the pressure data or the well spacing or the arreal extent on siesmic to determione the size of the oil pools...
so no NWX will not do a reserve report on their present royalty... it coud perhaps change and maybe NWX gets a working interest in the future... that would lead to a reserve report...
anyway, I hope you learn something... cause you are totally wrong about NWX having to do such a report or even having the data to attempt one... NWX does not have access to the technical data on these wells... only on the actual production amounts... get it?
geeezzz... what is wrong with you people that post stuff you are clueless about... I just wonder, why not educated yourself before looking so silly?
really? I thought you had a bit more going for you.... funny how one dumb post can change my miond about you... obviously another poster that shoots off his mouth when they just do not know what the hell they are really talking about...LOL
I find you guys hilarious...
NWX is a great way to play oil... it would have made you a trple just this year if you bought in in Feb/Mar... a triple! alas... you missed it... maybe cause you got no clue about it... no problem... but don't then go shooting off your mouth... when you don't know about NWX... that just shows ignorance...LOL
reserve report? from NWX on a GORR? hilarious... some dumb you guys are...LOL
