HERE IS MY TAKE:

• The products are  very good and in a good industry
• pilot with POWER STREAM IS SIGNIFICANT as car ports can sell.
• In no grid areas the offering make very good financial sense ( accordin to a friend 5 year payback )
• the factory is working as per conversation with the Company

those are the positives. The negatives:

• no money
• very poor management performance to say the least
• they have been subject to fraud a lost 6M which is gone
• the market has no confidence in the company
• no real orders or tangible visibility for significant revenues

I have put a lot of money in this stock ( for a little old guy). Most of my investments (85%) are in solid dividend paying large cap. This is my biggest holding in my speculative ( VERY SPECULATIVE ) 15%
