Hope Bluesky is right too, so I can recover some more of my losses.

I think though the original loan was in us Dollars but the agreed selling price was already
converted to cad dollars.
This selling price will go higher if the cad dollar drops more and vice versa.
Today its 1.35 cad to 1. us dollar.

Shareholders are not completely wiped out, we will still get 2.25 % of this 
new restructured Company, based on the old selling agreement that is now approved.

Thanks to this management, old Shareholders have dropped from 100% Ownership
to 2.25%
