recent sell off?

recent sell off?Could someone explain to me the recent sell off?
This is a company ive been watching and invested in for awhile. My understand was Q3 was good , but it wasnt what analysits were expecting.
Could someone shed some light on this for me ?

When TSL was trading at 6.25 I sort of felt like that was high. 4.40 though ! that seems silly cheap for a solid company making this much money.

There has to be a lot im missing. Can anyone fill in the gaps ?
