RE:How soon

RE:How soontehsuper7,  I have seen companies hold on for years at a very low share price. With very little money in the coffers.
Robin if required could get lean and mean quickly and preserver cash.  Taking a cut in salary himself, laying off people or offerring no payment for support.  Only expense: leases on land, temporary accountant to file tax returns, Sedar Reporting as required,
Even sell office building.

Wait for potash price to bounce and regroup.

Other alternative with a minimal capital raise start the Magnesium project
From Tech Report - Enclosure B
Capex - 171 million  30/70  equity to loan - need to raise - 51 Million in equity with loan of 120 million

Net income after - 71.5 million after 4 years
Unleveraged Free Cash flow after taxes after taxes and royalties that  4th year 71.5 Million

After end of 5th year paid off the `
- loan paid back in full  121 million plus interest and even some share holder earnings per share that could be a divident is desired

Will need some significant dilution to get this started at the current share price but doable.
