Well as of now if you own shares in nf, you own the same amount of shares in the new stock plus nf shares. If you sell now you're losing not only nf shares but also the same amount of the new company. The market today has decided to value nf as if the new stock shares are spun off already. As far as I know if you buy nf shares today you will also own the same amount of the new stock shares when they begin trading. Isn't this Correct?
