Sell off not on technical grounds alone

Sell off not on technical grounds aloneIt's unlikely the sell off was triggered by the technical RSI alone. This has to do with something fundamental given the steady flow of funds towards the stock the last 2 months from other downgraded healthcare stocks. No fund would go short or sell massively in one day, given the positive outlook of this stock. If it was only due to the RBC downgrade or on technical grounds, the sell off would not have been so severe. It has to be another reason and probably the company is in a process of a mega- deal of scale that would result in dilution of the stock. And that is my opinion only.
