It was just a submission deadline. The gov will now review and discuss it before presenting to the public.

Or was the end of November simply their timeline to submit the report? Apologize if this is an obvious answer. I've been lucky enough to hold this stock for almost 6 months and plan on holding further as I believe this is a very strong, well managed company.
