The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

I just noticed that, also. All Smoothwater's posturing about principled opposition on behalf of all shareholders - all BS camouflaging self-interest and greed. Not that I ever thought otherwise, but it's good to see these charlatans exposed. I don't expect Smoothwater to be bringing this latest development to the attention of their contacts at The National Post. But I might.

And just to be clear, I'm happy to see this deal can now proceedd unimpeded. Brighter days ahead for beleaguered AOS shareholders.
