Someone has to be on the ground in Nevada on a regular basis and maybe management thinks Dunlops talents are better used elsewhere. We aren't exactly BHP, it's not like He's been shipped off to our copper project in Chile or relegated to brewing Warkes coffee and doesn't have direct input to what's going on at Castle Mountain anymore.
I just think there are bigger things to worry about than adding too much talent !
