Thanks for posting the MD & A  . With all the astute people we have here i'm a bit surprised nobody has commented on this little tid bit of info on the Liberia section  i would preceive to be positive going forward.

The Company advises that it has completed negotiations for a new HRL covering the existing 1,366 sq. km area covered under the original HRL plus an additional 1,566 sq. km in shallow offshore which is an extension of the existing area allocated to Simba. Negotiations have completed and the Company is awaiting NOCAL execution of SIMBA ENERGY INC. Management Discussion and Analysis For the years ended June 30, 2016 and 2015 Page 5 the NRL. Once the executed NRL is received from NOCAL, the Company plans to commence a FTG program to be followed by a seismic program. Once completed, the HRL will automatically convert to a PSC. There will be no drilling under terms of HRL.
