RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wow...this deep into the am and...I think it is a short and medium term problem. The price is at a record low with a huge amount of production deliberately off line. POT has almost half offline.

I think the days of effective cartels is done. Just look at OPEC and their big meeting tomorrow. That is another completely broken cartel.
