The current operations require minimal effort and its bringing in money so why not vend in a new entity that is currently trending like Pot, Zinc, Lithium?

the float is manageable and could handle a PP if we could do it above 25 cents... 

they can then sell off the oil interests down the road as the new enterprise takes over the focus of the company?
