RE:RE:RE:RE:Flash in the pan  yeah   right!!    The end of 2016 is 5 weeks away.   You'll be lucky if MXL are able to complete the necessary predevelopment in less than 5 months.    Production  in August 2017 if everything goes well ,  permits are readily available and if cash isnt wasted in Mexico
