RE:??as crazy as that sounds, who else would own the shares?? they don't say the shares belong to mng. And as far as that goes they will probably be worth more than AUE right now. I thought it would be a merger of two pools of outstanding shares of two companies. The MNG shares are equal value to ours but the market capital is hopefully billions.
