Travelling to Australia

Travelling to AustraliaFlew to Australia just over a week ago and when I was taking a domestic flight from Melbourne to Brisbane, the Qantas agent asked if i was flying international. I said no and asked why? She told me that all Qantas international flights had been suspended for 4 days out of Australia due to fuel being tainted.

The other agent over heard and said "for once if we could just go for 6 months without running into this same problem."

Obviously I know a simple solution: fuel marking. Maybe SICPA and EUO should contact airline companies along with governments. Airlines have a set schedule everyday, always send out flights and will require fuel 100% of the time. Surely they would invest in our technology to make sure their customers don't run the risk of delayed or cancelled flights...we all know how much travellers love that.

Interesting how halfway across the world I came across a problem that our little EUO and giant SICPA could fix :)

Off to Bali tomorrow ;) maybe I'll hear some more fuel problems there
