RE:PR Integra Gold bolsters its Underground Mining Expertise...
Two things that come to mind:
1) By appointing Mr. Vzina Integra is conveying the message to the mining community that they are ready to walk the walk alone and are dead serious about building a mine.
2) More importantly.... It´s great news for us shareholders as guys with Vzina´s status do not just accept any job available. Appointing this hot shot with massive experience in building mines implicates imho that Integra have hit and that the results must be very good. Undoubtedly Integra have given Vzina inside information to make a calculated guess before accepting the position, in other words:
He liked what he saw and it made him decide to join the team!!!
