In comparison to better known, more advanced, Canadian producers, ICC's valuation is still at a discount (if you believe their prospects) despite opening day move. In the long run I would think having considerably lower production costs will be critical (all else being the same). I expect the price to creep up as awareness spreads. Still very early days though ...
