RE:Special meetingIt appears that management is no longer representing the interests of the shareholders in my opinion. Not sure why they would withhold information that would help shareholders decide on the arrangement. You would think if everything is as "rosy" as portrayed that the financials would be made available, the new product would be discussed and it's commercial potential.
I find it hard to make an informed decision when management seems to be withholding critical information.
I have a feeling that this arrangement benefits management and certain large shareholders more than the general shareholders. It is too bad our securities oversight does little more than rubber stamp these deals based on incomplete information IMHO.
oh well it will probably be a NO vote for my holdings....
