Sprott will not giveaway his shares ...lol...now that Newmarket and Kirkland Lake Gold will have 5 operating mills under the new company as of Nov 30th...if I had to bet it would be Srott would like a 6th mill and MTO would be a good first start for there new company...open pit mine and big equipment is what is needed and the new Kirkland Gold fits the bill....Sprott knows the potential here....now that he is in a new position...now OSK mining has to be wondering what Sprotts next move will be.... Kirkland Lake Gold Inc agreed to take over Newmarket Gold Inc in an all-stock deal valued at about $1 billion Tony Makuch, chief executive of Kirkland, will lead the company and sit on its board, while Eric Sprott, Kirkland’s chairman, will have the same title in the combined company... If anything this will give Sprott the vehicle needed to make a move for MTO being how he is an insider...he did not get were he is by giving away shares or anything else...lol Metanor’s PEA on the Barry project is positive thanks to the very low initial capex and the extraordinarily high production rate in the first 3 years of the mine life, recovering 87,000 ounces gold in the first 2.5 years of the mine life. That’s due to the high average grade of 2.6 g/t in those first 31 months which increases the cash flows, accelerates the returns on the original investment and is the basis for the high Initial Rate of Return. The lower grade ore at Barry could be mined and processed when the gold price moves higher, but is excluded from this PEA
