RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quiet Board, So I will Make a Prediction

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quiet Board, So I will Make a PredictionLumber.  Read my post.  I said NO response to a simple question. More importantly, can you please ask at the same time confirmation that they will be making the first part of the earn out that they committed to on  December 19th ...    and please post their written response, of course with your email address ddeleted to protect your identity.  I don't trust the "conversations" such as marky1 has supposedly had  with investor relations and borrowedlife/greatplay has had with the  CEO "in the hallway on his way to lunch" when he hasn't even been in the office for the last two months!

Lumberfeverlong wrote: I will take time out of my busy day today to verify your allegation that the company is unwilling to confirm that December interest payments will be made. I doubt the company will voluntarily default with all of that cash on hand. Your allegation is likely as misleading as the one a few days ago by you or one of your cohorts that the October interest payments were not made.  These are serious allegations as the company would be in default with all of the attendant consequences that entails. I, on the other hand, think the company has no interest in missing any interest payments. The banks and noteholders can only force a restructirig if there is a default in an insolvency scenario. We are not even close to being there and the company will not voluntarily put itself in that situation as it is extremely damaging to all stakeholders.

quote=TraderBen]I agree with Health. Banks aren't going to want to take the chance that there is further deterioration in their drugs so will push now for a restructuring strategy - and also the legal action has an overhang on the company   Will the guidance be able to service the debt will be the question that noone knows the answer  as still no word out from the CEO who has been at the helm now for three weeks.  No investor relations response to my simple question of whether the coupon payment in December is going to be made, which is suspicious....  why not just say yesssssssss, no problems Ben!   This company is so scammy right down to its core.  Insiders not buying anything at these bargain basement prices.   Zero.

I hope everyone has downside protection on their other holdings   Crazy risk on market, but why fight momentum for no ...     Good luck to everyone except the liars on this board who always seem to make trades at a profit on cxrx.   (hahahaha greatplaaaaaaaayer - dying to know what the ticker is for the DELISTED  company is that you were pumping on your history)

Ii am waiting for the pre-pack.    There is support until it blows, until it falls apart.

Some Canadian options money maker was asleep at the wheel and priced some puts incorrectly.
Now that nonsense is corrected ...

Lumberfeverlong wrote: I predict the company will do an equity raise instead.  The share action the last few days does not support a prepackaged plan. There is huge support in the 3.50 ranges.
