La Soledad - tracking drill timelineThe total drill program for Ram and La Soledad is expected to total 3,000m.
The Ram drill program was 11 holes for 2,100m (per Oct. 31/16 NR).
2,100m / 11 holes = 191m per Ram hole, on average
As a result, first phase of La Soledad drill program is expected to be 900m (unless they suddenly decide to expand it).
If we use an average drill hole length of 180m (somewhat similar to Ram), it means we can drill 5 core diamond holes during the first pass at La Soledad.
900m / 180m = 5 drill holes
From the Nov. 23/16 NR:
´´.........core drill rig collared at hole 14 within the La Soledad Zone, ...´´
As noted, 11 holes were drill at Ram. The property wide drill program was at hole 14 at Nov. 23/16. It likely means 2 holes were drilled at La Soledad at Nov. 23rd. It is now Nov. 30th. The 3rd La Soledad hole has likely been drilled by now (of the 4 or 5 drill hole program at La Soledad).
After holes are drilled, the cores have to be logged, packaged, sent to the lab, assayed, analyzed and interpreted, before results can be released to the market.
It is not clear at what stage of the process the first 2 holes are at.
