I looked at Scottrade after my first post. My guess is a progamming glitch. The bid and ask spread always seem to get inflated after hours, The bid shows .0001. If you multiply that 9900% you get .0099 or .01. The previous close is .01 and the last sale is .01. Should be 0%.but looks like it's calculating the percentage off the bid and not the previous close. Just my guess, but I'm just a neophyte.
