So we are looking at around 10 cents in value then for MTO, getting shares of Kirkland Lake in exchange ?  I'm sure Sprott will agree to sell (trade) MTO at an "attractive price" since he wins either way.  Maybe, as you intimate, he also goes after BTR which is close to 2016 low again.

Hey Miner...Osk until I here they are breaking ground and starting construction of a mill...then they are years and years away from becoming a producer at Windfall which still leaves them a potential suitor of MTO...that is if they want a short path to becoming a producer of gold ...until that happens we now have a potential new player in Barry with Kirklands ownership in BTR and their new company with Newmarket making them a new Billion dollar baby...with 5 mills ...maybe a month or 2 ago someone here said Sprott has no mining experience ....well he knows how to get deals done and very well could be doing the same thing as Osk did as Oban taking over junior exploration companies ...only differece is that Kirkland is collecting mills as well as becoming a Mid Tier producer so you can bet the Tony and Sprott will be looking to expand growth of their newly formed company...

Unlike some people here who would rather talk about their golf scores and a SSL debenture investment in some unknown company   ... others here would rather discuss whats happening in the mining sector and what could be another player in the area in the not to distant future...remember Sprott has a boat load of MTO and KIRKLAND has BTR so they are already in the area...Reminds me of Oban trying to take over my TME and then Tony stepped in and outbid them with LSG... new year could get interesting once Trump gets in and starts tweeting away....lol
