RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Xmas comes earlyOPF, the transaction requires the approval of 66.66% of all votes cast. So if everyone votes, the 22.8% need another 43.9% for this to pass. So they would need the majority of the remaining votes of 77.2%. Of course a lot of shareholders won't bother voting. However this is not a slam dunk.
