Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Not sure what you were reading AB, but I DID NOT suggest selling the other night on the UK board. What I was refering to was Doug/VLAD holding 600K shares of IAE that make up a third of his portfolio. To me that is absolutely insane and a disaster just waiting to happen. Especially when the OPEC deal was far from certain. To be sure, if the OPEC deal had failed and stayed depressed throughout H1 2017 and into H2, IAE would have been hard pressed and Doug/Vlad could have been stuck in a tough spot for sometime or worse. But hey, not my money and certainly not my risk profile. Each to his own and I hope Doug/ VLAD does well. Still long and strong.
