For all new rookie investorsWow some peolple here have lost track of reality ( you know who you are). I'm long on eat and when i say long, it means months and years not days or weeks! The share price is diving because of; 1-management said they would be up by end the end of month of november ( they didn't meet there deadline) hence this leads to doubt in investors mind on there capacity to deliver on their plan. Which means necer commit openly to a date if it's not achievable. 2- we aren't making real cash yet ( 'm talking in millions here guys!) hence how long can the compagny last with their 5.5M in their pockets, will this money be spent no salaries or on acquisition ( i sure hope and expect on acquisitions and expansion to a new few states, only time will tell).
will the price rise soo with the news release, yes it will, will it bring us to the .50 everyone is hoping for doesn't look like it. Why,pueblo open for product will be good but still doesn't give me any revenues, just more expenses!
When will sp price rise:
1- pueblo up and running
2- we have an agreement with buyers to purchase our oils.
3- we begin phase 2 and have edibles that customers will want to consume ( this is monthssss away)
4- have agreement with buyers to seel our edibles ( this can take some time also)
5- we start building up production facilities in cali, florida ( this will take months, as we see getting all the proper paperwork done takes time)
so guys if you are here for a couple of months this will not be a home run, if yuo are here for 3-5 years, i can see us being valuated like cgc at the moment.
So all new rookies that are here, the hype is over, now investors will only bring SP up if the compagnies start delivering and acting on their business plan ( investment 101). This can take a lot of time, am I confident in eat managements, yes for now , but confidence can be broken very quickly if they can't act on what they release to the public! Is Jim happy about not being open and in production in november as mentionned in a release.....the answwer is no, will he commit to dates again, he will probably think about it twice next time, why because of the impacts it create on the day after is commitment is missed.
this board as become a board for rookies that don't know what they are talking about, and just post to post the same thing everyday, with no substance. And for those few ( who know who you are), keep up the good work on providing intellegient information for a few that understand the info provided the 1st time around what you are talking about.
