RE:WHAT PRODUCTS CAN THEY ACTUALLY DELIVER NOW?Your assertion that the voltage rating is wrong is incorrect since the 3.65V are exactly 1/7 of the
25 6V quoted in the spec sheet.  It also states that 7 sub-units go into one battery pack.
Still at this stage I do not trust the  company. In fact I did own 4000 shares at one point  but sold them all at a substantial loss.  I am waiting for more info and lower share prices, say at below 2$ I would consider that as an entry point, again.
