Hi Robert,

Sorry to be vague but the TSX has not informed us when they will lift the halt exactly but have said Simba has complied with all their requests and that their audit should be completed now that there are no deficiencies and all issues have been dealt with.

It's up to their discretion and unfortunately we will have to be patient for a few more days. I don't think it should be much longer now. Once the temporary halt is lifted the TSX will notify us and we can inform our shareholders that trading is about to resume.

Thanks for your patience while we work through this process, I know how frustrating this has been for everyone involved.
