Monteny holdings not being transferred to Craft?Maybe I misread the share holder documentation; and sorry for not being able to quote the exact line as I don't have the paperwork with me, but I read that the Monteny holdings are NOT going to be transferred over to the new 'Craft' company if the board gets the approval during the Dec 12th meeting to phase out Chinook and move everything over to Craft.
