RE:Monteny holdings not being transferred to Craft?

RE:Monteny holdings not being transferred to Craft?my understanding is that post transaction Chinook keeps the Monteny assets and Craft gets all non core assets (grande prarie and the like). I just can't figure out how the regular retail investor gets the Craft shares. It seems like we will have illiquid holdings in a private company that may or may not be IPO's one day. I think all this uncertainty as well as the "strategic review" plus the fact that they are still not cash flow positive is keeping everyone away. hopefully in 6 months this will be a more interesting story. would love to sell but i can't stop believing. hopefully we are at rock bottom right now.
