The price for MT has already been determined at $8.42, which was .7132*($11.8) of CGC closing on 11/30.

So at the time of closing, regardless of what CGC was trading at, you will only get $8.42 for MT.
MT closed at $7.60 today which is about 90% of $8.42 -- rightfully so -- that leaves 10% in case the deal falls through.
