The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Does anybody still have booklet they sent us this summer concerning the voting of the spin out, I believe the breakdown of salarys and compensating were all written in there, I threw mine out Ducks
