To be fair... UBR did recieve something in return for these shares.

If UBR had the cash to buy the Beauce claims they could have but they didn't and so FNC let them issue shares instead.

FNC is treating these shares like the cash that they could have insisted on.
It should be acknowledged that these shares could have crashed in value (see FNC's SX holdings for example). FNC did take a risk.
