I had to double check this but it is correct. The shares were issued on January 22, 2015.

One of my previous posts suggested that there was only a short time between when the SP went over $0.20 and when the warrants pushed over $0.30. My point stands that it would not have been beneifical to the SP for the warrants to be exercised.
