Boron One Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based international mineral exploration and development company with its assets in Serbia. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

JP PEU Resavica needs to resolve the outstanding lawsuits

MEETING OF PRESIDENCY AFITU JP PEU RESAVICA

President of the Association of Free and Independent Trade Unions (AFITU) Ranka Savic, General Manager AFITU Dragan Milovanovic and General Secretary AFITU Nebojsa Rajkovic attended a meeting of the Presidency AFITU JP PEU Resavica held on 30 November 2016 in RWC "Ibar mines".

The session was attended by representatives AFITU union mines operate within the JP PEU Resavica: RMU "Soko" RMU "tavalj" RGP "Aleksinac" RMU "Bogovina" RMU "Rembas 'and RWC' Ibar mines".

For President AFITU JP PEU Resavica elected Miljan Teovi (RMU "Soko"), a vice-president Nebojsa Stanojevic (RGP "Aleksinac").

Members of the Presidency are: Zoran Paklar (RMU "Soko"), Srdjan Rakonjac (RMU "tavalj"), Redip Nuhovi (RMU "tavalj"), Cared Marinkovic (RGP "Aleksinac"), Zeljko orbi (RCU "Ibar Mines"), Ljubinko Barlovac (RCU "Ibar mines"), Nenad Nujki (RMU "Bogovina"), Zvezdan Radenkovic (RMU "Bogovina") and Zoran Stevanovic (RMU "Soko").

At the meeting discussed the current situation in JP PEU Resavica, further work and strengthening trade unions in order to as soon as possible achieve representativeness.

Presidency AFITU JP PEU Resavica has decided to ask the Presidency to convene an extraordinary AFITU Assembly AFITU Trade Union of Energy. It was also decided that the water activities on signing the Agreement between AFITU JP PEU Resavica and Acting General Manager Stevan Delatovi on workers' rights arising under the Labour Act.
