Heads up all:  The near-term share price for a start up is going to be all over the map, ranging from under-valued to over-valued at any given time.  If your selling price isn't today, what on earth do you care what price the market lists it at?  Unless you are a short term day trader it should either mean buying opportunity or nothing at all. 

Trying to educate SH posters though, I recognize is a waste of time as 95% of the machinations here are emotional hand-wringing versus cool logic.
