If enough people on this board make noises about Cameron Chell's sale of 4 million shares at 2.2 cents the regulators would be compelled to take a look at it. I mean, he could have sold those shares at any time but he happened to sell them right before the company finally capitulated. 

If he knew about the coming sale and acted upon that information without disclosure, he may have broken the law (it was a direct sale so maybe it was fine). It wouldn't be the first time he broke securities law. He was caught forging people's signatures before.
