Once again, GRZ will not have $1 billion "in their coffers".  The company has said for years  substantially all of the award will be distributed to share holders.  Once the award is disbursed to share holders, it will have almost no cash, no real assets and no income.

Can you please justify your $45 valuation other than waving pompoms?

Do you even know if a third party can "take GRZ out"?  Remember, GRZ has 45% ownership in a company that is majority owned a soverign state.  They might not just be able to sell it.
