RE:RE:RE:RE:analysisI know it's been mentioned already but  this information is incorrect. You are able to claim a capital loss on the sale of stock from a non-registered account even if you maintain that stock in other registered accounts. However see my prior post where you cannot have purchased the same stock for any account in the 30 day period leading up to the sale which you intend to claim a capital loss.
