My views and observations

My views and observations

My personnel views and resume of my limited knowledge and comments.

From the past grade (+-12gr per tonne at Sleeping Giant mine, it is very possible that it will be much more profitable than Elder . Only +- 100k oz but potential to add many thousands oz in the future.
Two of the properties acquired from Aurbec have more than 900k oz of gold combined.

Abcourt management is considering to do  presentations to interest future investors.

My view is that if they do, they will have many request from future investors interested in participating in future financing that has the real possibility to dilute the existing shareholders percentage (if $20m financing offered it would dilute by 50%) unless it is a loan.

Abcourt doesn't need that kind of dilution.(we can advance Elder, Sleeping Giant at our own paste).

Abcourt Barvue property seems to have no significant value added to Abcourt Mines.

The money needed will be to advance Abcourt Barvue (and cannot be done fast in the next 2 years).

The solution that could be considered (by discussion with a few attendees) is to seperate Abcourt Barvue Mine from the rest of Abcourt projects.

This would seperate all gold projects from industrial metal (zinc).

The formation of a new company with shares distribution to all existing shareholders would add

value to all shareholders and limit the dilution .

I have seen and participated in the past, (Resource Mineral where the new formed company ended up worth ten times the original co).

Enough

I feel like a fool trying to give advice to people that surely know more than i do.

But i have so much invested in Abcourt that i can't stop myself from trying.

Fernand
